1. What is the expected arrival time for my shoes?

For our customers across the United Kingdom, we follow this delivery schedule:

  • Daily Cutoff: 5:00 PM (GMT).

  • Preparation Phase: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Shipping Transit: 7–8 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 8–10 business days total.

2. Is there a charge for shipping?

No. We are proud to provide Free Shipping on every single order within the UK. There is no minimum spend required, and the price you see at checkout already includes VAT.

3. How do I track my shipment?

Once your footwear has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel's progress directly through our Track Order page.

4. Can I change my mind and cancel an order?

Yes. We offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the moment of purchase. If you need to stop an order, please contact our support team immediately within this 24-hour timeframe.

5. What is your policy on returns?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. To be eligible for a refund, the footwear must be unused, in its original state, and include all initial tags and packaging.

6. Who pays for the return postage?

The responsibility for shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: There is no cost to you (£0.00). We will email you a pre-paid shipping label to return the item.

  • Personal Preference/Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for organizing and paying for the return via a trackable postal service.

7. Are there any restocking fees?

None at all. Orthae Comfort does not apply restocking fees to any returned merchandise.

8. How quickly will I receive my refund?

After your return is received and passes inspection, we will trigger a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

9. How do you handle exchanges?

We are happy to facilitate exchanges with no additional fees. While you cover the cost of shipping the original pair back to our warehouse, we will ship your new replacement pair to you completely free of charge.

10. Where is Orthae Footwear based?

We are a company based in the United Kingdom. By operating as an online store, we are able to provide the best selection and value directly to our UK customers.
