Return & Refund Policy
At Orthae comfort, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit or style, we offer a clear and honest return process to help you find the right solution.

You have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to initiate a return request.
2. Condition Standards
To qualify for a full refund, all returned items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in their original state.
- Returned with all original tags, accessories, and documentation.
- Packed in their original shoebox/packaging to ensure protection during transit.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
The responsibility for shipping costs is determined by the reason for the return:
- Personal Preference (Change of Mind, Fit, or Style): If you decide to return an item for personal reasons, you are responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipping. We do not provide pre-paid labels for these cases; please use a trackable service at your local post office.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product or a defective item, the cost to you is £0.00. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label to print and use, covering the full cost of the return.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Request Authorization: Email us at contact@orthaecomfort.com with your order number and reason for the return to receive specific instructions.
- Repack Your Order: Securely pack the footwear along with all its original components.
- Ship It Back: Dispatch your return following the instructions provided in our authorization email.
5. Refund Timeline & Process
- Quality Inspection: Once your return reaches us, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Approval: Approved refunds are issued directly to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank. We refund the full purchase price.
6. Exchanges
We are happy to help you exchange your footwear for a different size or model.
- There are no exchange fees charged by Orthae Comfort
- The customer covers the shipping cost to return the original pair to our warehouse.
- We will cover the shipping cost of the new replacement pair sent to you.
7. Order Cancellations
We offer a 24-hour grace period for order cancellations following your purchase. Once this 24-hour window has passed, the order may already be in the processing or shipping phase and cannot be stopped.
